  30. Windows NT requires a driver for any hardware that is attached to your 
  31. machine, that includes dongles. I'm not sure but I think the pre-releases
  32. included the required dongle on disk number three.  It may also be 
  33. available on the Newtek BBS. In any case you can install it via the 
  34. 'drivers' control panel, just select unlisted driver and insert the disk 
  35. when prompted, pick i386 when given that choice. It should install no 
  36. problem and then restart NT. Let me know if you have any problems.
